I finally have Internet access from the road!
The party at Toloache was a hoot. Thanks to all who came and especially to Chef Julian Medina ho created such a memorable menu. I'll post it later but for me the highlight was the delicious tamales covered in a sauce of Mayacoba beans, with crunchy short ribs as a garnish.
I did a staff presentation at Per Se, with Chef Keller, and I was lucky enough to do it Monday, when the Michellin stars were announced and Per Se kept their three so everyone was ectatic.
I did a show on Martha Stewart radio yesterday at Sirrius and today is the booksigning at the Union Square Greenmarket. It's all a lot of fun.
