Poaching an Egg in Bean Broth
I read somewhere that one trend that needed to end was poached eggs. If you're tired of poached eggs to the point where you need to write about it, I think there may be bigger problems waiting for you in the wings. I have 17 chickens and one very, very happy rooster and I love poached eggs, trendy or tired. I can't think of a better breakfast than an egg poaching in bean "caldo". When you cut into the yolk, you get a sauce at no extra cost. I say go for it if you have good eggs.
