We announced the class last night with our email newsletter (along with our Jimtown Thanksgiving class and and an old fashioned Tamalada) and we're almost sold out so I thought I'd better mention it here in case you haven't signed up for our newsletter.
Sarah Scott (co-author of The Wild Table) will help me explain the miracle of beans, chiles and corn.

I find a lot of people are intimidated, especially by beans and dry chiles. We'll show you how easy they are to work and send you home with some of the finished product.
The classes are all very casual and hands on, and most likely will run a little longer if need be. Each class is $40 and we're limiting size to 22. Reservations are on a first come-first serve basis and you'll need to call us at 707/259-1935 with a credit card number to reserve your spot.
Please note, our Tamalada, scheduled for Dec 11, has already sold out! We'll try and add another one but these classes are filling up fast. Don't hesitate if you're interested.
