You might want to file this under "Another Inner-Hippie-Love-Child Recipe from Steve Sando". I wouldn't serve it to guests but it was delicious and healthy, I think. I was making Chorizo, clams and runner beans for a demo at Bloomingdale's and I had some extra Salametto Piccante from Fra'Mani. I'm in love with this stuff. The next day I chopped up a very few slices into chunks and tossed it with some leftover cooked red quinoa and runner cannellini beans. The dish should be quinoa and beans with the sausage just for seasoning. It really was fine. It looks a little hippie-dippie but I don't care! It was delicious.
