My favorite place to eat in downtown Napa used to be Pizzeria Azzurro. It was simple, modern and elegant and I think it was the best Italian-style pizza I've had since Italy. Then they moved. My heart was broken as Pizzeria Azzurro was now called Azzurro Pizzeria and Enoteca. Different equals bad, right?

No fears. It's better than ever and they have an expanded menu that includes my beans. How happy I am! This dish in the photos is runner beans, arugula and grilled shrimp. There were more flavors going on but the beans and the shrimp were the stars.
