Cantabrian Anchovies in Olive Oil
Wild-caught European anchovies, filleted and packed by hand, from Donostia Foods in Spain.
A classic addition to salad dressings, pasta sauces, and pizza, anchovies also make a great match for beans. We recommend pureeing two anchovy fillets with about a cup of cooked white beans, a glug of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with bread or crackers.
