Fusilli Lunghi Pasta
Mancini pasta is produced from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company.
Semolina and water are the only ingredients.
Mancini uses circular bronze die plates and dries the Fusilli Lunghi at temperatures between min. 36°C and max 55°C, taking 22 hours. The result is premium pasta—almost humorously long—ready for a little butter and cheese or your most elaborate sauces. We tend to like them for pasta e fagioli!
