In the garden

Our new imported oregano from Mexico is called Oregano Indio by the Oregano Caxtle Cooperative in Tlahuitelpa that grows it for us. It's also commonly known as Oreja de Raton, or Mouse Ear. RG-oregano-indio It has less of a citrus taste and more of an earthy aroma. I'm nuts for it and use it on everything.
