The Greenmarket book signing was a huge success. A lot of copies of Heirloom Beans will be under the Christmas tree this year! The staff and customers at the Greenmarket were wonderful and there's no doubt that's where I'd shop if I lived here.

I had lunch with Lorna Sass, everyone's favorite cookbook author, at her chic west side apartment today and passed Woody Allen and Soon Yi Previn as I made my way to museum mile to meet a friend for a trip to the Met. I feel sooooo New York. I wonder if Woody and Soon yi are telling their online friends about passing me on Park Avenue.
