The Rancho Gordo-Xoxoc Project rolls on full steam ahead. What started out as a "what if we...." kind of conversation over a tequila or four has turned out to be an incredible tool. We're getting great beans here in the states and in Mexico, we're creating a market for small farmers to grow their heritage varieties of beans.
What was once a dirt field is fast becoming a building to house all the beans that make their way through our project. People are working, people are eating and some of us are having a fine time breaking stereotypes on both sides of the border.
