Posole (or Pozole) has to be about the most perfect dish. Prepared hominy in a rich broth with lots of goodies. This version is with chicken. It can be much more elaborate or as simple as some chile powder chicken broth, hominy and shredded chicken. We've had a hell of a time producing enough to match our sales but I think I can announce some very good news, very soon. We have posole ready to ship on our Rancho Gordo website.
