Beans and tuna are always a good match. Here we paired our Black Garbanzo beans with Bonito del Norte Tuna and added some marinated vegetables for flavor and texture. The supporting ingredients can be anything you'd like, as long as you have heirloom beans and good-quality tuna.
- 2 cups cooked, drained Rancho Gordo Black Garbanzo or Garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red bell pepper (jarred is fine)

- 1 cup roughly chopped marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1/4 cup minced white onion
